Production targets
Medallion, Macaulay and MDRT are separate categories with their own targets and qualification rules. Only rules set to Active show on the dashboard.
Achievement milestones
Configurable tiers, stored here instead of in the screens. The values below are the provisional examples from the spec. They are set to Draft until the branch program approves them. They are not official Medallion, Macaulay or MDRT rules.
| Milestone | Category | Threshold (PHP) | Effective from | Effective to | Status |

Production uploads
Upload the Life Production (Manager Level) Excel report for the current year and the previous year. The Settled Apps and Submitted Apps tabs are read. Credited amounts and lives come from the file, so no figures are typed in.
Uploads go to the Google Sheet through your admin sign-in. No URL or token is needed.
Saved passwords stay in this browser only. They are not sent to the Google Sheet. Anyone using this browser can see a saved password, so use Forget password on a shared computer.
Password-protected files open with the password in the box above. Wrong passwords are rejected before anything is uploaded.
Persistency reports
Upload the 13th month and 25th month persistency Excel reports for each monthly cut-off, as separate files. Each file is stored in full except the Agents Privacy Agreement tab, which is skipped to keep the upload light, and its sheets and column headers are shown below so the calculation can be confirmed before it is used.
Who can open the breakdown
On the Achievements page, tapping an advisor's box opens the computation breakdown. Everyone else's boxes stay closed unless allowed here. A unit manager sees their own unit, a sales manager sees their own sales team, and a branch manager sees the whole branch.
Medallion contests
Each contest has its own period (month-day, repeating every year), its own measure and its own levels, because the rules change every quarter. The dashboard shows one tab per contest on the Achievements page.
Manager medallion levels
Levels of qualification for a whole unit, sales team and branch (NBO), measured on the total new business AC settled in the contest period. The dashboard shows the level beside the total on each unit bar and beside the sales team and branch totals on the Medallion tab. The same levels apply to every contest.
Growth Bonus · OMG for advisors
The dashboard works out each advisor's OMG bonus. The unit's NSC growth (the month below this year vs the same month last year, the unit manager's own sales included) picks the column. Each advisor's new business AC settled in that month picks the row. The matrix gives the rate, and the bonus is the rate times the AC. Every advisor in a unit shares the same growth column.
Each row starts at its "From AC" amount. The first row always starts at 0. A unit below the lowest growth column, or below the minimum manpower, gets 0%.
Growth Bonus · OMG for unit managers
Same idea for the unit manager. The unit's NSC growth (the unit manager's personal production included) picks the column. The row comes from the team's new business AC for the month, with the unit manager's own production left out. The bonus is the rate times the team NB AC.
Each row starts at its "From AC" amount. The first row always starts at 0. A unit below the lowest growth column, or below the minimum manpower, gets 0%.
Growth Bonus · OMG metrics posters
Metrics image link for each level (a Google Drive link shared with "Anyone with the link", or an image link). Sales managers see Advisor, Unit Manager and Sales Manager; branch managers and admins see all. EQGB is blank for now.
Company promos
Each promo has a period and requirements. The dashboard (Promos > Company) lists every advisor per unit, ranked from highest to lowest, and marks who qualified. The table shows only the columns the promo requires (AC, NSC, lives) and ranks by the first of AC, NSC, lives. Leave a requirement empty (or 0) to skip it.
Sales team promos
Same fields and same tables, but each promo belongs to one sales team and shows only to that team (Promos > Sales team). Branch managers and admins see all of them.
Macaulay poster
There is one Macaulay poster for everyone, advisors and managers alike. Paste a shared Google Drive link (set to "Anyone with the link") or any image link. Everyone can open it on the Achievements page with the "Show Macaulay Metrics" button. It is hidden until they tap the button, and it opens as a pop up. Use the Save button at the bottom of this tab to save it.
Who can open the breakdown
On the Achievements page, tapping an advisor's box opens the computation breakdown. Everyone else's boxes stay closed unless allowed here. A unit manager sees their own unit, a sales manager sees their own sales team, and a branch manager sees the whole branch.
Macaulay qualification
An advisor qualifies when all three are met inside the period: enough lives settled, an AC level, and the persistency that matches the advisor's tenure. The Macaulay year runs July 1 to June 30 (it crosses two calendar years). Update these whenever the rules change.
AC settled levels
| Level | AC settled (PHP) |
|---|
Persistency required, by tenure
Tenure is counted in months from the date of coding. The "from" month is included and the "to" month is not (leave "to" blank for no upper limit). Leave the required percentage blank when persistency is not applicable (N/A).
| Tenure from (months) | Tenure to (below) | Required % | Report used |

Validation meter
An advisor validates when their AC settled or their NSC settled in the period reaches the amount of their class (all settled production, not only new business). The class comes from the year the advisor was coded, compared with the current year: ROOKIE if coded this year, TENURED if coded earlier. The amounts and the required trainings change over time, so update them here.
Classes and required amounts
"Coded years ago": 0 is this year (ROOKIE), 1 or more is TENURED (1 is last year, 2 is two years ago). Tick "and earlier" to include everyone coded before that too. Coded months narrow a row to a coded-month range (rookies coded January to September are months 1 to 9, October to December are 10 to 12).
| Class | Description (shown in the (i) table) | Required trainings (separate with |) | Coded years ago | And earlier | Coded from month | to month | AC or NSC required (PHP) |
|---|
MDRT poster
There is one MDRT poster for everyone, advisors and managers alike. Paste a shared Google Drive link (set to "Anyone with the link") or any image link. Everyone can open it on the Achievements page with the "Show MDRT Metrics" button. It is hidden until they tap the button, and it opens as a pop up. Use the Save button at the bottom of this tab to save it.

MDRT qualification
The period is the calendar year (January 1 to December 31). An advisor qualifies through either way: first-year premium or AC settled (all settled AC, not only new business). Update the amounts each year.
Single pay premiums
Premium comes from FY_Commission (FY Premium), and service fee rows are left out. A premium that is at or above the minimum and is a round amount (for example 250,000.00 or 1,000,000.00, a multiple of the round-to value) is treated as a single pay, so only the share below is counted.
MDRT levels
Leave an amount blank or 0 if a level has no requirement for that way.

Plan B cut-off period
The Sun Life cut-off calendar. The dashboard uses it for Plan B: "this cut-off" is the period that includes today, "last month" is the period before it, and the "3 months NSC" covers the current period plus the two before it. Sun Life changes these dates every year: before a new year starts, press "Add new year", check the dates against Sun Life's calendar, then save. Dates must not overlap.
| Period | Start date | End date |
|---|
Systems closing
Sun Life's schedule of systems closing. MM is the mid-month closing and ME is the month-end closing. In the dashboard's My Income, a month's AC settled runs from the day after the previous month-end closing up to this month's ME closing. Tapping a month there shows the two cut-offs: the first one ends on the MM closing and the second one ends on the ME closing. Sun Life changes these dates every year: press "Add new year", check them against the schedule, then save.
| Month | MM system closing | MM actual payday | ME system closing | ME actual payday |

Advisor masterlist
This is the REGISTERED USERS tab in your Google Sheet. Add an advisor here and they can sign in right away once they have an email (first time: they use "First time here" to get a code and create a password). Date of coding is used to work out tenure for Plan B. Positions decide access; set them in the Access tab. Email is optional: someone without an email is still listed and counted in the reports, but cannot sign in until an email is added. Changes only reach the sheet when you tap Save.
APPOINTED TO POSITION and SPIN-OFF LAST YEAR are for Unit Managers, Sales Managers and Branch Managers (Validation tab). Enter the date or year the manager was appointed to the current position, and YES if the manager had a spin-off last year. A manager with a spin-off last year counts as year 0 (no validation). Otherwise validation follows the years since the appointment.
MENTOR CODE is the code of the advisor's direct manager. It drives the EAMB columns in My Income: advisors whose mentor is you are your Direct, their advisors are your Indirect 1, and theirs are your Indirect 2. Leave it empty if there is no mentor.
STATUS and PHOTO LINK: type or paste them in the Status and Photo link columns here, or in the same columns of the REGISTERED USERS tab (they are added to the sheet automatically). A STATUS of RESIGNED or INACTIVE hides the advisor from the lists and tables, but their production still counts in unit, team and branch totals. PHOTO LINK takes a shared Google Drive link (set to "Anyone with the link") or any image link, and the photo shows as a circle in the reports.
| Name | Code | Position | Branch name | Sales team name | Unit name | Date of coding | Birthdate | Status | Photo link | Appointed to position | Spin-off last year | Mentor code |
|---|
Unit photos
Every unit named in the masterlist is listed here automatically. Paste a photo link next to each one (a shared Google Drive link set to "Anyone with the link", or any image link) and save. You can also type the link straight into the UNITS tab of the Google Sheet. The photo shows as a circle beside the unit name in the reports. To upload a picture, put it in Google Drive first, share it, then paste its link here.
| Photo | Unit name | Photo link |
|---|
Sales team logos
Every sales team named in the masterlist is listed here automatically. Paste each team's logo link and save, or type it into the TEAMS tab of the Google Sheet. The logo shows in the dashboard header for the team's sales manager and members.
| Logo | Sales team name | Logo link |
|---|
Branch logo (overall logo)
The branch logo is the overall logo of the app. It shows in the menu of the dashboard and Settings and in the dashboard header, and it is the same for everyone. Paste a shared Google Drive link (set to "Anyone with the link") or any image link. You can also type it into the BRANCH LOGO row of the SETTINGS tab in the Google Sheet.
Theme color
Changes every navy in the dashboard and Settings (headers, table heads, menu, buttons) to the color you choose. Gold, green and all other colors stay the same. Pick a preset or any color of your own; it needs to be dark enough for white text. People see the new color the next time they open the app, or right away when they tap the refresh icon.
Dollar to peso rate
Dollar products take their premium in USD. The commission rate is applied in dollars, then AC and NSC are saved in pesos using this rate. Applies to applications submitted after you save.
Products and commission rates
One row per product, age range and minimum premium. The rate that applies is the row whose age range fits and whose minimum premium is the highest one the premium reaches. Currency USD means the minimum premium is in dollars. Changes only take effect when you press Save.
| Plan type | Product | Currency | Min premium | Age from | Age to | Rate % | Note |
|---|
File columns (first row is the header): PLAN TYPE, PRODUCT, BAND MIN PREMIUM, AGE FROM, AGE TO, RATE %, CURRENCY (optional), NOTE (optional). Without the checkbox, rows in the file update matching rows and add the new ones.
Application status
Every application is PENDING until you change it here: SETTLED, DECLINED, POSTPONED or NPW. Only PENDING ones count in Pending lives, Pending AC and Pending NSC. (Submitted lives come from the Sun Life Submitted report and do not depend on status.)
Applications submitted through the app
| Date | Advisor(s) and share | Unit | Insured | Serial no. | Product | Mode | Premium | Lives | AC | NSC | Status |

RECRUITMENT STATUSES
The stages a recruit moves through, in this order. They appear as the status choices below and as the counts on the Recruitment dashboard. Renaming a status here does not rename it on recruits already listed: change those below too.
| # | Status |
|---|
RECRUITS IN PROCESS
One row per advisor candidate. Managers can also add candidates themselves with the Add advisor button on the dashboard; they appear here with the first status. Who sees the Recruitment tab: a Unit Manager and a Manager candidate see their own unit, a Sales Manager sees their units and direct team, and branch managers and admins see everyone. Managers and manager candidates can add, change the status of, and remove recruits in the units they can see, from the dashboard. Admins can do the same here for everyone, and only admins edit the list of statuses. Picking the direct manager fills in the unit. The date of the last status change is kept for you.
| Name of advisor candidate | Direct manager | Unit name | Status | Updated |
|---|
BRANCH NAME
Shown in the dashboard title ("Branch name Dashboard") and under the position for branch managers. Leave empty to show just "Dashboard".
Access
Positions marked Admin can upload files, change rules and change this list. Viewers see only their own production (advisors) or their unit (unit managers). Positions must match the POSITION column in REGISTERED USERS.
| Position | Access |
|---|
UPCOMING EVENTS
Events disappear from the dashboard after their date passes. Without a logo, a calendar icon is shown. The registration link makes the event card tappable.
| Category | Event name | Date | Time | Place | Registration link | Logo link (optional) |
|---|
Category order
Each category is a heading in the dashboard. Use the arrows to set who goes first, second, third and so on. Within a category, events are listed by date. Events with no category go last under "Other events".
QUICK LINKS
Shown to everyone in the dashboard, beside MY INCOME. The logo link is optional (a Google Drive image link shared as Anyone with the link, or a web image). Without a logo, an arrow icon is shown.
| Category | Name | Link | Logo link (optional) |
|---|
Category order
Each category is a heading in the dashboard. Use the arrows to set who goes first, second, third and so on. Links with no category go last under "Other links".
BIRTHDAY CORNER
Every birthday poster starts with Happy Birthday First name!, then a short message, then the closing and name below, for example Warmest wishes - SM Jaymar.
Optional. Share the picture on Google Drive as Anyone with the link can view, then paste the link. It becomes the background of the whole Birthday Corner page, behind the birthday cards, with a 50% white layer over it when the overlay is ticked (untick it to show the picture as it is). The cards themselves stay navy, yellow and white. Leave empty for no background.
Each celebrant gets one of these messages (the same one every time). Add as many as you like, up to 40 lines.
Change log
Every save is recorded with the admin code and time.
